• For deliveries within a radius of 30 kilometers or less
  from our branch, a fixed fee of $125 + taxes applies.
• Beyond 30 km, an additional charge of $2 per kilometer is added, always plus taxes .

Inspection upon delivery

• Please inspect your items carefully upon receipt.
• If you notice any damage or anomaly, immediately contact our customer service at 450-635-4567 , before signing the delivery slip.
• It is crucial to report any irregularities without delay to ElectroSHOP .

Return policy

• Factory sealed products can be returned free of charge within 14 days of receipt.
• Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
• All products come with a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty (some exceptions may apply).
• Defects and recalls are handled directly with the manufacturer's warranty.
• A diagnosis by an authorized technician is required before any return.
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior written authorization .
• Products used or installed are neither returned nor exchanged .
• All returns must be made in the original packaging .
• Ventilation, microwave and accessory products are final sales .
• Opened but unused products may be returned, subject to a restocking fee and delivery charge .
• Once a return or exchange is authorized, the product must be returned within 14 days . After this time, the authorization expires and a new request will need to be submitted.
• This policy does not cover issues related to services or repairs . See warranty conditions for these cases.
• ElectroSHOP reserves the right to refuse or restrict a return at its discretion.

• All sales are final , no returns or exchanges possible.
