Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- However, Electro Shop covers the cost of reshipping the product to the customer, when necessary.
Return Policies
- Factory sealed products can be returned free of charge within 14 days of receipt.
- Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
- All products are covered by a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty (exceptions may apply).
- Product defects and recalls are handled directly by the manufacturer . A diagnosis by an authorized technician is required before authorizing a return.
- No return or exchange request will be accepted without prior written authorization .
- Products used or installed are neither refundable nor exchangeable .
- All returns must be made in the original, undamaged packaging .
- Ventilation, microwave and accessory products are considered final sales .
- Opened but unused products may be returned, subject to restocking fees and applicable delivery charges .
- Once authorization is obtained, the product must be returned within 14 days . After this period, the authorization expires, and a new application will need to be submitted for evaluation.
- This policy does not include issues related to services or repairs . For these situations, please see the warranty conditions .

Floor Model Products / Open Box
- All sales are final : no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
- These products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty .
- They are sold without original box .
No refunds or exchanges on:
- gift cards
- shipping and installation costs
- special order (exchange only)
