from our branch, a fixed fee of $125 + taxes applies. - Beyond 30 km, an additional charge of $2 per kilometer is added, always plus taxes .

Returns
Return policy
- Factory sealed products can be returned free of charge within 14 days of receipt.
- Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
- All products come with a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty (some exceptions may apply).
- Defects and recalls are handled directly with the manufacturer's warranty.
- A diagnosis by an authorized technician is required before any return.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior written authorization .
- Products used or installed are neither returned nor exchanged .
- All returns must be made in the original packaging .
- Ventilation, microwave and accessory products are final sales .
- Opened but unused products may be returned, subject to a restocking fee and delivery charge .
- Once a return or exchange is authorized, the product must be returned within 14 days . After this time, the authorization expires and a new request will need to be submitted.
